The 1981 batch IAS officer of Maharashtra cadre, Sunil Soni, Secreatry in the Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs has been shifted and posted as Secretary to the Inter State Council Secretariat under the Ministry of Home Affairs in place of Sh. Hara Krushna Dass.
Sunil Soni is now Secretary, ISCS
