The 1987 batch IRTS officer, Sunil Jain has been appointed as Chief Vigilance Officer(CVO) at Joint Secretary level in the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd(BPCL), Mumbai under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas.
