IFS Officer Suneet Mehta Appointed as India’s High Commissioner to Tuvalu,
Mr. Suneet Mehta, a 2007-batch officer of the Indian Foreign Service (IFS), has been concurrently accredited as the High Commissioner of India to Tuvalu. He will continue to reside in Suva, where he currently serves as India’s High Commissioner to the Republic of Fiji.
The Ministry of External Affairs has announced that Mr. Mehta will assume his additional responsibilities in Tuvalu shortly. He has been serving in his current role in Fiji since December 2024.
