Indian Police Service officer Sumit Kumar will be new DIG of Security in West Bengal.
Year 2009 batch IPS officer Sumit Kumar has been transferred and will now take charge as new DIG of Security in West Bengal. .
At present IPS Sumit Kumar is rendering services as Deputy Inspector Genera at Barasat Range in West Bengal.
Now replacing Sumit Kumar, year 2009 batch of IPS officer Bhaskar Mukherjee is set to assume the incumbent post of DIG Barasat. Currently Mukherjee is serving as DIG at Malda range.
