IAS Suman Billa has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Department of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation.
As per the approval of Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) recently, IAS Suman Billa has been mandated to be assigned responsibility of Additional Secretary, Department of Water
Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation. Thus, the Joint Secretary level post held by him gets continuing with the temporary upgradation.
A year 1996 batch IAS officer Suman Billa originally hails from Kerala cadre. He at present is serving as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Tourism vice IAS Rakesh KumarVerma.
