The 1988 batch IAS officer of UK cadre, Sukhbir Singh Sandhu, Chairman of the National Highways Authority of India(NHAI) under the Ministry of Roat Transport and Highways has been moved to his parent cadre on the request of the state Government of the Uttarakhand.
