The 1986 batch IAS officer of Karnataka cadre, Subhash Chandra has been given addl charge of the post of Secretary, Dept of Ex-Serviceman Welfare from 5 Oct 2019 to 12 Oct 2019 during the period of absence on leave of Ms. Sanjeevanee Kutty, IAS (MH:83). He is currently posted as Secretary, Dept of Defence Production in the Ministry of Defence.
