Senior IAS Mr. Mukul Singhal ( IAS: 1986:UP) has been given additional responsibilty of Principal Secretary Higher Education department. He is also Principal Secretary Housing & Urban Planning Deptt, Sericulture, Handloom & Textile.
Earlier he was working as Principal Secretary To Govt of U.P. Planning, &D.G. State Planning institution, U.P + Sericulture, Handloom & Textile+ Programme Implementation + Housing & Urban Planning Deptt
But now been relieved fromthe charge of PS U.P. Planning & Programme Implementation, D.G. State Planning institution,U.P. department.
