SJM Jilani & Suleman Chaudhary will now be seen in changed administrative role in Jammu & Kashmir.
As per a recently issued notification by the state administration of Jammu & Kashmir, names of two IPS officers SM Jilani & Suleman Chaudhary now in changed role in J&K.
Currently IPS officer SJM Gillani is serving as the Director General of Police (DGP) and Managing Director of the Police Housing Corporation. Now he will be holding an additional charge of Commandant General, Home Guards, Civil Defence & SDRF, Jammu and Kashmir.
On the other hand until further notice IPS Suleman Choudhary has been given additional duties and will now oversee the roles of IGP (POS) PHQ, IGP (Hqrs) PHQ, IGP (Technical Services), and IGP (Telecom).
