Six IPS officers have been reshuffled where the NIA, BPRD and NDRF welcome new Director General.
In a major reshuffle in the police department, a decision has been taken while General Elections are underway, and six IPS officers have been reshuffled. The list of the IPS officers reshuffled names includes the DG, National Investigation Agency (NIA), DG, NDRF and DG, BPRD.
SPG has got a new ADG, tenure of a Joint Director, CBI has been extended while in an interesting move a senior UP cadre officer has been repatriated to his parent cadre. The name of these officers are as follows:
IPS officers namely Sadanand Vasant Date (IPS: 1990: MH), Rajeev Kumar Sharma (IPS: 1990: RJ), Piyush Anand (IPS: 1991: UP), S Suresh (IPS: 1995: KL), P V Ramasashtry (IPS: 1989: UP) and Supriya Patil Yadav (IPS: 2004: MH) are the ones who have been given new responsibility with the reshuffle.
