Six officers appointment have been postponed for the grade of Joint Commissioner of Income-tax, Central Board of Direct Tax (CBDT), Department of Revenue in the Ministry of Finance, after assessing the ACRs/APARs observed and will be reconsider them again after their ACRs/APARs are complete as per extant DOP&T instruction. The officers are:

- 4. Mallikajurna Rao A
- 5. Puneet Kumar
- 6. Anil Kumar Srivastava
