The 1979 batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre, Alok Kumar Sinha may succeed Ashok Kr Sinha (retiring o June 30, 2014) as new Chief Secretary to the Government of Bihar. Alok Kumar Sinha is presently serving as Development Commissioner, Government of Bihar.
