The 1997-batch Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer, Sanjeev Kumar Singla has been appointed Private Secretary to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.He will replace Vikram Misri , who was working with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and assisted Modi during the first two months, is now headed to Madrid as Indian ambassador to Spain.
