IAS officer Sheetal Verma & IRS Vatsalya Saxena are going to be handling new assigned administrative roles.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointments of IAS Sheetal Verma and IRS Vatsalya Saxena at Joint Secretary / Joint Secretary equivalent level.
A year 2007 IAS officer of UP cadre, Sheetal Saxena has been appointed as Director (Census Operations) (JS level), Uttar Pradesh, O/o Registrar General and Census Commissioner, India under the Ministry of Home Affairs for an overall tenure upto 31/12/2025 or until further orders.
Simultaneously, Vatsalya Saxena, IRS (IT) (1994) has been posted as CEO, Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) under the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises for a tenure upto the date of his superannuation on 30/04/2028.
