Seven IAS officers, including Anju Sharma and Nitishwar Kumar, have been empanelled for Additional Secretary-level roles at the Centre.
New Delhi: In a significant move to strengthen senior administrative leadership, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the empanelment of seven Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers for appointment as Additional Secretary or Additional Secretary-equivalent in the Government of India.
The officers selected hail from diverse cadres including Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Tripura, and Uttarakhand, and represent some of the most distinguished performers from their respective batches.
