Twelve IPS officers have been assigned new roles in the state of Chhattisgarh.
Chief Minister Vishnu Sai led Chhattisgarh Government has promoted twelve eleven police officers recently. Significantly these top cops belong to the Indian Police Services officers batch of year 2020 and 2021.
After the completion of the six-month in-district training of the young IPS officers, the government has announced promotions for twelve of them with three elevated to the rank of Inspector General (IG) and nine of them to the rank of Deputy Inspector General (DIG).
