- Dr. J. B. Ekka appointed as Commissioner & Secretary in Dept of Panchayati & Rural Development.
- Moloy Bora appointed as Secretary in Industries & Commerce and Act East Policy Affairs.
- Ranjan Kumar Chakraborty appointed as Secretary in General Administration Secretariat Administration Department.
- Dr. Karuna Kumari appointed as Additional Secretary in Panchayati & Rural Development.
- Oinam Sarankumar Singh appointed as Deputy Commissioner in Tinsukia.
