Senior IAS TSR Subramanian passed away

TSR Subramaniam former IAS Uttar Pradesh 1961 batch, has passes away at 79 on Monday 2018 New Delhi, He served as  Cabinet Secretary August 1996 to March 1998 Government of India. The IAS Association said it was an”extremely” shocking and “sad news”, “He was tallest amongst all and is a big boss for the IAS fraternity and the Nation,” the bureaucratic body tweeted.
