Senior IAS of UP cadre ( 1981 batch), Rajive Kumar has joined in Lucknow today evening. Recently he has got premature repatriation and relieved from center. Before this he was posted as Secretary Shipping at Union Government of India. He is considered a bright and well experienced officer who has vast experience of working on many important positions. He is considered to be next Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh.
