The Senior IAS officer of batch 1982, Pravir Kumar who was recently appointed as Secretary, Inter State Council Secretariat in the Ministry of Home Affairs has been shifted to his parent cadre, Uttar Pradesh within one month of his appointment in the Ministry of Home Affairs.
