The supreme court of India has dismissed the SLP filed by the central Govt for the 1977 batch IAS officer of AGMUT cadre, Rakesh Behari. The SC refused to interfere with the order of Delhi High Court which had directed the Central Government to empanel him as Secretary to Govt of India with effect from June 2010.
