The 1986 batch IAS officer, Satish Chandra will be new Principal Secretary to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu. He is 1986 batch IAS officer. Chandra has also been placed in full additional charge of the post of Resident Commissioner, AP Bhavan.
