IAS officer Sanjay Sethi has been appointed as Chairman, MSRTC.
As per a recently issued directive by the competent authority, name of IAS officer Sanjay Sethi has been approved for given appointment as Chairman, Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC).
The Maharashtra government, in a break from tradition, has deputed an IAS officer as the chairman of the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC).
Currently serving as Transport Secretary Sanjay Sethi, an additional chief secretary-rank officer, will now head the state-run bus service until further orders.
