The 1990 batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre, Sanjay Kumar is likely to be appoint as Principal Secretary to the newly appointed Chief Minister, Raghubar Das. He will take charge on January 1 next.He is currently posted as secretary of Labour Resources Department in Bihar.
