IRTS officer Sanjay Jain has been appointed Chief Managing Director of the IRCTC on Wednesday, February 14, 2024.
Year 1990 batch IRTS officer Sanjay Kumar Jain has assumed charge of Chairman and Managing Director of Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd (IRCTC).
A qualified Chartered Accountant, Jain’s career has proven a blend of leadership roles in developmental ventures, commercial ventures and policy making of the PSUs and the Government of India.
Among others Jain’s notable leadership roles include Group General Manager (North Zone) IRCTC, Principal Chief Commercial Manager, Northern Railway, Joint Secretary in the Department of Public Enterprises, Divisional Railway Manager, Mumbai, Central Railway as well as Part-time Chairman & CEO of National Land Monetization Corporation Limited.
