IAS officer Sanjay Jaju is the new Secretary of I&B Ministry.
Sanjay Jaju has taken charge as Secretary, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting.
Year 1992-batch IAS officer hails from Telangana cadre. Following his assumption of charge, outgoing Secretary, Apurva Chandra along with other officials of the Ministry as well as media units welcomed him.
On the other hand, Apurva Cnadra has been entrusted the charge of Secretary, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
From 2018 to 2023, Jaju has served as Additional Secretary and from October 2014 to March 2018 he worked as Director, National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited.
