The Principal Secretary ,Power and Chairman, UP Power Corporation Uttar Pradesh Sanjay Agarwal is being tipped to be the Principal Secretary to Chief Minister in UP. The 1984-batch IAS officer enjoyed confidence of previous Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and the functioning of UPPCL had come in for scrutiny on several occasion.
