Sameer Verma is new DM Meerut 2002 batch IAS officer Sameer Verma has been appointed as district magistrate of Meerut. Before this he was working as PS to Uma bharti, Minister of water resources. He was under waiting after returning from deputation. Mr. Verma is a young and bright officer.
