The 1985 batch IAS officer of AM cadre, Sailesh has been appointed as Secretary in the Ministry of Minority Affairs against the vacancy caused due to superannuation of Ameising Luikham, IAS (MN:81) on 31.12.2018. He will continue to hold the post of Secretary, Department of Official Language on additional charge basis.
