The 1976 batch IAS officer of Kerala cadre, S Sundareshan has quit as Mission Director of Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme. Sundareshan was appointed as Mission Director, Direct Benefits Transfer Scheme, in June 2013. Prior to that he had served as Secretary in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas and Heavy Industries.
