The 1984 batch IAS officer of Tamil Nadu cadre, Ruolkhumlein Buhril has been appointed as OSD, Dept of Land Resources in the Ministry of Rural Development. He will take over the charge of the post of Secretary, Dept of Land Resources wef 1 April 2019 upon superannuation of Anant Kumar Singh (IAS, UP:84).
