The news certainly is shocking. A Retired IPS officer was caught cheating in Uttar Pradesh.
The retired officer was pursuing LLB from Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Language University in Lucknow. During the semester examinations he was caught copying.
More shocking is the fact he was caught for the second time by the university’s proctor board. He was caught cheating twice in 2 days during law exams.
It was Rajesh Kumar, the retired IPS of Himachal Cadre who was caught along with copying material during the LLB first-semester examination.
Bhavana Mishra, the exam controller at KMC Language University told media that “Kumar was found cheating from prewritten notes on a sheet of paper. The Proctorial board caught him red-handed during the exam on Wednesday. His prewritten notes and answer copy were seized. A fresh answer copy was given to him to write the exam.”
