Richa Gharwar gets extension as Director, Cabinet Secretariat for three months

The 2002 batch IRS(IT) officer, Richa Gharwar has been given extension in the central deputation tenure under the central staffing scheme as Director in the Cabinet Secretariat for the period of three months beyond 8 Oct 2019.
