Reshuffle of Senior IAS officers in the Govt of India

Reshuffle of 19 senior level IAS officers in the Govt of India. Accordingly,

1. Anil Swarup, IAS(UP:81), Secretary in the Ministry of Coal, appointed as Secretary in the Dept of School Education & Literacy, Ministry of Human Resource Development vice Sh. Subhash Chandra Khuntia on his repatriation to his cadre.
2. Rajiv Yadav, IAS(AM:1981), Secretary in the Dept of Sports appointed as Secretary in the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs vice Prabhas Kumar Jha, IAS(UP:82) on his appointment as Secretary in the Dept of Official Language under the Ministry of Home Affairs.
3. Ameising Luikham, IAS(MN:81), Secretary in the Dept of Public Enterprise, appointed as Officer on Special Duty in the Ministry of Minority Affairs. He will take the position of Secretary, Minority Affairs after the superannuation of the Secretary Rakesh Garg.
4. Anoop Kumar Srivastava, IAS(AM:81) Secretary in the Dept of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty in the Ministry of Tribal Affairs. He will take the charge on the position of Secretary after the present incumbent of Shyam S. Agarwal.
5. Raghav Chandra, IAS(MP:1982), Chairman, National Highways Authority of India under the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways has been appointed as Chairman, National Commission of Scheduled Tribes vice Anil Kumar Agarwal, IAS(superannuated).
6. Prabhas Kumar Jha, IAS(UP:82), Secretary in the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs has been appointed as Secretary in the Dept of Official Languages under the Ministry of Home Affairs vice Anoop Kumar Srivastava, IAS(AM:81).
7. Susheel Kumar, IAS(UP:82) Secretary in the Dept of Border Management under the Ministry of Home Affairs has been appointed as Secretary in the Ministry of Coal vice Anil Swarup, IAS(UP:81).
8. Rajeev Kapoor, IAS(UP:83), Director in the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration Mussorie appointed as Secretary in the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy vice Upendra Tripathy, IAS(Superannuated).
9. N. S. Kang, IAS(PB:83), Secretary & Director General, National AIDS Control Organisation(NACO) under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare appointed as Secretary in the Dept of Empowerment of persons with Disabilities vice Dr. Vinod Agarwal, IAS(superannuated).

13. Yudhvir Singh Mailk, IAS(HY:83)Special Secretary in the NITI Ayog has been appointed as Chairman, National Highways Authority of India(NHAI) under the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways vice Raghav Chandra, IAS(MP:82).
14. Smt. Sanjeevani Kutty, IAS(MH:83), Special Secretary & Financial Adviser, Ministry of Home Affairs appointed as Secretary, Dept of Border Management under the Ministry of Home Affairs vice Susheel Kumar, IAS(UP:82).
15. Kewal Kumar Sharma, IAS(AGMUT:83), Presently in the cadre appointed as Officer on Special Duty in the Dept of Higher Education. He will take the charge on the position of Secretary, Dept of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development on superannuation of the present incumbent, Vinay Sheel Oberoi.
16. Bharti S. Sihag, IAS(HP:83)Special Secretary & Financial Adviser, Ministry of Steel has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty in the Dept of Fertilizer. He will take the charge of the position of SEcretary, Dept of Fertilizer on Superannuation of the present incumbent of Sh. Vijay Shankar Pandey, IAS(UP:79).
