- Anand Vardhan as Principal Secretary, Mining.
- Shailesh Bageli as Secretary, Housing Commissioner and also Chief Administration, Uttarakhand and City Development Authority.
- D Senthil Pandiyan is also Secretary, Rural Engineering.
- Vinod Sharma is Secretary, Protocol and Higher Education.
- Amit Singh as Secretary, Sugercane, Gopan.
- Chandra Singh Napalwayal as Social Welfare, Minority Welfare and Multi Oriented Finance and Development Corporation and Waqf Development Corporation.
- R Meenakshi Sundaram gets charge of Tourism, religious and culture.
- Radhika Jha gets charge of Energy and Renewable Energy.
- Arvind Singh Hayanki gets charge of Forest and Enviornment.
