As many as seven IPS officers have been transferred and posted at different places in Karnataka. Accordingly,
- Malini Krishnamoorthy has been appointed as IG, Internal Security division.
- S Murugan will be IG, Ballari and Vipul Kumar is DIG, Training, Bengaluru.
- Ajay Hilori has been appointed as MD, Tourism Development.
- Dr Rohini Katoch Septa as Director, Forensic Science Laboratory.
- P Rajendraprasad was posted as SP, Intelligence.
- Mrs Vartika Katiyar will continue as SP, Kodagu district, Medikeri.
