Five Indian Police Service (IPS) officers have been transferred and posted at different places in Andhra Pradesh cadre. They are:
R P Thakur has been appointed as Additional DGP, Law and Order Mrs A R Anuradha will now be ADGP, Intelligence
V S K Kaumudi is Additional DGP, P&L and Welfare
Dwaraka Tirumala Rao has been made Additioinal DGP, CID
N V Surendra Babu was appointed as Additional DGP, Operations (Greyhounds & Octopus).
