IOFS officer Sharad Rao has been redisgnated as Director, Ministry of Steel.
The Competent Authority has approved the proposal for re-designation of the post of Deputy Secretary presently held by IOFS S Sharad Rao as Director in the Ministry of Steel .
A year 2011 batch IOFS officer S Sharad Rao has been given the re-designation as a measure personal to him with effect the date of assumption of charge of the re-designated post. Now he will be serving on the position for a period up to 19.06.2027 i.e combined tenure of five years on Ex-cadre and Central Staffing Scheme posts put together at Director level.
