Post of Deputy Secretary has been re-designated as Director in the Ministry of Steel.
The Competent Authority has approved the proposal of Ministry of Steel for re-designation of the post of Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Steel. The post is presently held by IRAS officer Gopalakrishnan G.
A year 2010 batch of IRAS officer Gopalkrishnan G is at present serving as Director, in the Ministry of Steel. The appointment has been given as a measure personal to him with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the re-designated post. for a period up to 03.01.2026.
