IRSME officer Ravi Kumar and IDAS officer Sangeet have been entrusted with new administrative roles at the Center.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of IDAS officer Sangeet (2004), as Joint Secretary, Department of Food & Public Distribution. He will be serving on the post for a combined tenure of six years upto 12.03.2025, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
On the other hand, appointment of IRSME officer Ravi Kumar (1992) has also been mandated as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Heavy Industries. He has been given a combined work tenure of seven years upto 10.01 .2026, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
