The 1982 batch Indian Forest Service(IFS) officer of Madhya Pradesh cadre, B. M. S. Rathore has been assigned with Foreign assignment as Chief Policy Advisor in Internatoinal center for Integrated Mountain Development, Kathmandu for the period of three years.
