Rajeev Prakash has been appointed as Govt nominee director of BEML board.
A recent info from Bharat Earth Movers Limited apprised about Rajeev Prakash being appointed as the Govt Nominee Director on its board.
New govt nominee director of the State-owned BEML, will replace Surendra Prasad Yadav, the company says in a filing.
According to the filing, “The appointment has been made by the President of India, Rajeev Prakash as Govt Nominee Director who actually is the Part Time Official Director on the Board of Directors replacing Surendra Prasad Yadav.”
A 1995 batch, Indian Post & Telecommunication Accounts and Finance Service officer, Prakash has experience in the field of telecommunications. He has held various key positions at the Centre also.
Currently working as Joint Secretary (Naval Systems) Prakash is rendering his services for the Department of Defense Production, Ministry of Defense, for last one and a half year.
