Senior bureaucrat Mr. Rahul Bhatnagar ( UP: 1983) who was serving as Chief Secretary of UP has now been posted as Chairman Greater Noida, Gautam budh nagar and Investment Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh.
As a Chief Secretary his stint has been very good. Under his able guidance many policies related to social sector were launched and implemented and he also played a crucial role in making Uttar Pradesh a viable state for investment. He is considered a very cool and competent officer.
