Uttarakhand welcomes its first woman Chief Secretary and it is none other than the lady IAS officer Radha Raturi.
Following the approval of Uttarakhand Chief Minister, Pushkar Singh Dhami, IAS Radha Raturi is going to take charge as the first lsfy Chief Secretary in the state.
Indian Administrative Services officer Radha Raturi is going to be the 18th chief secretary and the first lady to hold this post since the creation of Uttarakhand in the last twenty four years.
