IAS officers Punya Salila Srivastava & Tanmay Kumar have been granted the designation of Special Secretaries.
The ACC has also approved in-situ upgradation of the two above mentioned IAS officers to the level of Special Secretary in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India as a measure personal to them by temporarily upgrading the posts held by them.
IAS officer Punya Salila Srivastava (AGMUT:1993) is curretnly serving as Additional Secretary, Prime Minister’s Office. Now he has been appointed as Special Secretary, Prime Minister’s Office.
IAS officer Tanmay Kumar, IAS (RJ:1993) who is the present Additional Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change has been designated as Special Secretary, Ministry of
Environment, Forest & Climate Change.
