IPS officer Alka Meena has been appointed as DIG, Admin with Additional Charge of DIG, Personnel in the state of Punjab.
As per a recently made administrative reshuffle, the Punjab government has mandated name of IPS officer Alka Meena for the position of DIG, Admin with Additional Charge of DIG, Personnel in the state.
A year 2010 batch IPS officer of Punjab cadre, Alka Meena will be serving on the new position until further orders. With the new order she now is set to oversee administrative functions while managing personnel-related matters within the Pujab police department.
