Lately in an issued directive by Department of Personnel & Training. the name of ITS officer LB Lal has been mandated for premature repatriation.
A year 1997 batch senior ITS officer LB Lal is currently serving as Joint Secretary (Director level), Union Public Service Commission. After the new order with Premature repatriation to his parent cadre, LB Lal now can avail the benefit of promotion.
