IAS Ashish Kumar has been allowed premature repatriation.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet recently through a notification has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Home Affairs for premature repatriation of IAS Ashish Kumar.
A year 2005 batch IAS officer from Tamil Nadu cadre, Ashish Kumar is at present serving as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs. Now with the new order he has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre with imposition of extended ‘cooling off.
