IPS officer Praveen Vashistha’s tenure has been extended. Now Vashishtha is going to render one more year as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs.
The approval from the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) witnesses an extension in the central deputation tenure of Indian Police Services officer Praveen Vashishtha.
Year 1991 batch IPS Praveen Vashista originally hails from Bihar cadre. He currently was rendering services as Additional Secretary, MHA where with the extension he will be working again a period of one year beyond 14.01.2024 i.e. upto 14.01.2025 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
