IAS officer Pranav Kumar has been designated as Secretary of the Department of Art, Culture & Youth in Bihar.
Following a recently issued directive by the state administration of Bihar, name of IAS officer Pranav Kumar has been mandated for the position of Secretary of the Department of Art, Culture & Youth in Bihar.
Currently a year 2008 batch IAS officer Pranav Kumar will also hold an additional charges as Secretary of the Home Department, Inspector General of Prisons and Correctional Services, Investigating Commissioner of the General Administration Department.
